Yes. All your transactions and financial data are stored locally on your device. We don't operate any servers that store your personal information. If you enable iCloud sync, data is stored in your private iCloud container encrypted by Apple. We never see your financial data.

The free version includes 3 AI voice parses per day, 3 recurring templates, and 7-day reports. Pro ($2.99/month or $24.99/year) unlocks unlimited voice parses, unlimited recurring templates, all-time reports and analytics, and feature request voting. All core features like manual entry, categories, and multi-currency work in both versions.

Yes. When iCloud sync is enabled, your transactions, categories, and settings sync automatically across all your Apple devices signed into the same iCloud account. You can enable or disable this in Settings at any time.

QuickSpend supports 4 languages: English, Vietnamese (Tiếng Việt), Japanese (日本語), and Spanish (Español). You can change the language independently from your device settings. For currencies, the app supports all major currencies worldwide — you can set your preferred currency in Settings.

You can delete individual transactions by swiping left on them in the Transactions tab. To remove all data, simply uninstall the app — this deletes all locally stored data. If you have iCloud sync enabled, manage your iCloud storage through iOS Settings > Apple ID > iCloud.
